Aeration & Overseeding

​Fall is the ideal time for your annual lawn Aeration and Overseeding! This essential process will revitalize your lawn, creating a lush appearance while also establishing a strong foundation that enhances drought resistance and helps naturally suppress weeds.

The Process:

1. Aeration: This first step loosens compacted soil, allowing better access to air, water, and nutrients for the root zone.

2. Overseeding: Next, we apply high-quality grass seeds over your existing lawn, filling in patches and promoting a denser, stronger lawn. 

 

Note: Combining these two services is highly beneficial! ​The holes left from aeration create the perfect conditions for seed germination, while the decomposed cores help cover the seeds, offering protection during their critical early growth stages.

Care Recommendations:

To ensure the best results, it’s important to water the overseeded lawn at least every other day for 2-3 weeks following the service.

 

You can enroll for this service at any time throughout the year and will be placed on a list for scheduling in September and October. Please note that there are limited spots available, so it is a first-come, first-served basis. We will communicate your specific service date with you approximately 2-3 weeks in advance.
